Digital Transformation 2.0 Approach

The Digital Transformation 2.0 (DT2.0) Approach follows a structured methodology to guide the realization of a Digital Business Platform (DBP). It includes stages such as defining aspirations, designing the platform, assessing maturity gaps, and creating a comprehensive roadmap for successful implementation and deployment.

The Deploy Methodology ensures that the DBP solution is developed and delivered in an iterative manner, with a focus on scope definition, user story preparation, and continuous releases. Additionally, vendor management, solution architecture validation, and change management are prioritized to ensure seamless adoption and alignment with the Ministry’s transformation goals.
